The Renske Golddust Chhurpi is 100% natural, vegetarian, gluten-free, and grain-free. Every Golddust Chhurpi is made from 99.9% cow's milk (0.01% is salt). As in the production of cheese, rennet is added to the milk. This causes the milk to curdle; this mass is placed in moisture-permeable cloths in a mold, then pressed and dried for more than 3 months.
