Additionally, real Yak milk is only available in limited quantities, and we do not want to deprive the people of Nepal who desperately need it.

Each Golddust Chhurpi is made from 99.9% cow's milk (0.01% is salt). As with cheese production, rennet is added to the milk. The milk curdles, and this mass is placed in moisture-permeable cloths in a mold, then pressed and dried for over 3 months.
